Regular Consultancy

Schools can choose to commission regular visits from one of our Educational Psychologists. Sessions can cover one or more days a week throughout the school year. We carry out consultancy with staff and will undertake case work with individual children. This could include work with families, assessments for examination concessions and participation in reviews for children with special educational needs.

BESD Service (Leicester only)

We can provide a service to schools with identified children who are presenting challenging behaviour. An educational psychologist and a specialist teacher carry out an initial consultation, observation and assessment of the problem situation over several sessions, a summary report, and full discussion with staff (and parents if appropriate) to recommend suitable action, with follow-up visits if appropriate.

Training for Professionals

Many of our staff are skilled and experienced in researching, designing and leading day- or weekend courses for educational professionals. We are happy to discuss the requirements of schools, local authorities and other agencies in organising training events.

Educational Consultancy

Our consultants have been senior managers in education authorities, and have experience in working with systems. They are able to offer a range of interventions, tailored to the specific needs of educational organisations.

Research and Development

Several of our associates have extensive experience in using psychology to design and conduct small-scale research projects and surveys for schools and local authorities.
